Eide Bailly CPAs & Financial Advisors, Fargo, ND
In the spring of 2006, R.L. Engebretson began working with Eide Bailly on Master Planning to consolidate their separate Fargo locations into one facility. This included programming for the ideal square footage, proximity, concerns of each of the 13 departments maintaining the Vision, Values and Goals of the organization. After several weeks of evaluating the 200+ staff office, Eide Bailly Fargo had a master plan for moving into the former Banner Health Building in South Fargo. The atmosphere of the existing building was turned into a team oriented, home like feel with a central two story sky lit atrium to collaborate, new technologically savvy training rooms, 120 private offices with new furnishings, 150 workstations, 10 conference rooms with custom casework, two reception spaces featuring copper bowls and glass tiles, creative marketing spaces with large format printing capabilities, and corporate headquarters offices.

NDSU Football Offices, Fargo, ND
Advancing to Division I competition, the timeless tradition of North Dakota State University’s football program needed to work hard to stay at the top. Remodeling 6,000 square feet into an area to host potential players, faculty and the community is what it took. The NDSU Football offices at the FARGODOME merges the tradition and future of Bison Football in one of the country’s top facilities. NDSU now has its own signature spaces tastefully blended into the FARGODOME environment. The upper level includes executive coaches’ offices, three conference rooms, technology support room and lobby/reception area. Technology was a huge component in this project. Plasma TVs and one touch video options were provided in all offices and conference rooms. Custom art pieces were commissioned to enhance the personality of the space.
